What belongs on a coaching website
- Who you work for. One sentence naming your target group, for example managers in their first year of leading a team. People who recognise themselves keep reading.
- Formats with a process. One-to-one coaching, group programme, workshop. For each format: duration, process and whether it is online or in person.
- Book a first conversation. The most important click on the page. Your booking calendar can be embedded or linked, so nobody has to write emails back and forth to find a date.
- Client voices. Real feedback with a first name or role, as far as your clients agree. We do not make up quotes.
- You. Background, training, approach. Short, with a photo that looks like you and not like a stock library.
- Manage your offers yourself. You enter new dates for workshops or groups yourself in the admin area.

Common mistakes on today's websites
- The page speaks to everyone and so to no one, because the target group is not named anywhere.
- Getting to a first conversation takes three clicks and a long form.
- Training and certificates are at the very top, the offer far below.
What are the legal points for coaching websites?
Coaching is not therapy. If your texts address complaints such as anxiety, exhaustion or sleep problems, you quickly enter the territory of the German Medicinal Products Advertising Act (Heilmittelwerbegesetz). So write about what you support people with, not what you cure. Client testimonials are possible if the clients agreed and no healing effect is claimed. For reviews taken from platforms, the notice under § 5b para. 3 UWG (German Unfair Competition Act) applies.
How do coaches win clients through the website?
Almost always through a first conversation. Make it easy to book: a clear button, a calendar or a short form, and a sentence on what happens in that conversation. Add one page per format or topic, with process, duration and price. For Google, it pays to describe topics people actually search for rather than method names only specialists know. Our team has built, among others, the websites of Buchners Change Consulting and Coaching Hanau.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current booking calendar?
Yes. Common booking and calendar systems can be embedded or linked. You do not have to set anything up again.
Do you rewrite my texts?
We revise your existing texts so they say clearly who you work for and how to start with you. You read everything and approve it before you decide anything.
What if I change my offer later?
You change texts, images and pages yourself in the admin area. For layout changes, 10 minutes per month are included, and we take care of them.
Is there a contract with a term?
No. You pay for hosting once a year, cheaper than today, as a final price, with no minimum term. The price will not be raised.
