There's no hidden one. We earn from hosting, not from building. That's why the build costs you nothing, and why it's in our interest that you stay happy for a long time. What never gets added: setup fee, licence costs, commission, ad budget, hourly rates, price increases.

freeehouse is a new programme and is currently in its test phase. Later it should be open to all businesses. Right now our capacity is limited, because we build every website carefully and are testing the programme with a first round. So we take on projects gradually and get in touch as soon as we can start yours.

Yes. You have your own contact person with a name and mobile number, and you get the boss's number on top. You can call, write or set up a Zoom meeting with us. No call centre, no ticket number. And if you have questions about advertising, Google or marketing, our parent agency Smith & Victory stands behind us with its whole team.

Yes. You get your own browser-based admin area for text, images, dates and news, and depending on your industry also accommodation with prices, or products. Changes are online after about two minutes, and an illustrated guide is included. It isn't a free-form website builder: we handle layout changes, and 10 minutes of care a month are included.

The build costs €0. After that you only pay for hosting with care, once a year at a fixed price. It's below what you pay today for hosting and website builder. You get your exact price in writing before you say yes. Billing is once a year, never monthly.

No. No setup, no licence, no commission. Bigger changes only ever happen at a fixed price agreed up front, with your okay. Moving your domain or mailbox to us only costs something if you want it: €12 a year each.

Both stay with your existing provider, and nothing changes for your mailboxes. We only change one record so your domain points to the new website. Important: don't cancel anything yet, especially not your domain or email. We'll tell you what you can cancel after the switch.

No. You can cancel at the end of any paid year, with no notice period. Years already paid are not refunded pro rata.

No. Your annual price stays the same for the whole term of the contract. There is no price adjustment clause.

You do, including source code, content and usage rights. If you leave, we hand it all over free of charge and you can keep running the website with any other provider.

When your old contract runs out, at the latest five months after you say yes. So if your old contract only has a short time left, you pay nothing twice. Before you say yes, you pay nothing.

You send us your current website. You usually see a first draft the same day. Say yes and the finished version with admin area is ready within 24 hours. After that we make changes by email as often as you like. The site only goes online with your written approval, usually that same day.

Then tell us. We build it like your current site, only more modern and faster, or keep changing it until it fits. Your old site stays online unchanged until you approve. The draft before you say yes commits you to nothing.

That's what every site is designed for. We build without a website builder, so pages load fast, and Google and chat search like ChatGPT can read all the content. Every service gets its own page, old addresses are redirected, and at launch we set up Google Search Console, Bing and IndexNow. For customers of our agency, this has multiplied their visibility. Nobody can guarantee rankings.

We don't show VAT on our invoices, and our prices are final prices. For businesses, the reverse charge procedure applies. For VAT-registered companies, that usually means the stated amount is what it costs. Kleinunternehmer (small businesses exempt from German VAT) and private individuals should briefly check with their tax adviser whether VAT applies to them.

No. Nothing is expected in return, and there's no obligation to leave a review. We like to show finished websites as references. If you'd rather we didn't, a short email is enough.

No. For the draft and the build we need neither login details nor material from you, we take the content from your current site. Only for the move does one record get changed at your domain provider, and you get step-by-step instructions for that.

Yes. We build online shops with product management and payment by PayPal or advance payment, and we connect existing booking systems such as Smoobu, eviivo or Eversports. If you have a shop today, you get one again. A new shop is something we plan together with you.
