What belongs on a website for tax advice and law firms
- Focus areas instead of a full range. Who you work for, for example doctors, trade businesses or heirs. Clients search for their case, not for a list of every kind of tax.
- How working together goes. How documents reach you, digitally or by post, and how a first conversation goes.
- Digital document exchange. If you use a client portal, we link it prominently, with short instructions for new clients.
- Team with roles. Partners, assistants, trainees. With photo and area of responsibility.
- Careers. Skilled staff are scarce. A page of its own for jobs and training, which you update yourself.
- Mandatory details under professional law. Chamber, professional title and professional rules in the Impressum (the legal notice German law requires). We set up the Impressum and privacy policy with you.

Common mistakes on today's websites
- The home page lists every conceivable service and names not a single focus.
- Job ads have been the same for years or are missing altogether.
- The client portal is hard to find, so clients call about the login.
What are the professional-law points for law firm websites?
Tax advisers may advertise if the advertising informs factually about their professional activity in form and content, as § 57a of the German Tax Advisory Act (Steuerberatungsgesetz) requires. Besides the details required by § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act), the Impressum must include the chamber, the professional title with the state that granted it and the professional rules. For lawyers, comparable rules from their professional law apply.
How do firms win the right clients?
With clearly named focus areas instead of a list of every kind of tax. Whoever looks after doctors, tradespeople or founders should say so and have a page of its own for each target group. Add a careers page, because many firms are looking for staff. Our team has built, among others, the website of Anwalt Löw.

Frequently asked questions
Can I embed our client portal?
Common portals and systems can be embedded or linked. We place the access so clients find it at once.
How credible is an offer where the build costs nothing?
We earn on hosting with care, and for you that is cheaper than today. If you wish you see a draft of your new website beforehand, and there is no minimum term.
How is it billed, with VAT?
The price is a final price. We invoice as a US company, so no VAT is added, and the price stated is the final price.
Does the website belong to the firm?
Yes, with source code, files and content. If you switch, you take everything with you at no charge and can run the site with any provider.
